Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices on the Site) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
